Formations live on a whiteboard photo from three Tuesdays ago. Two instructors are choreographing to different edits of the same song. Nobody is sure which is current.

The human database

What comes after the second chorus? Ask Miss Dana. Miss Dana is out sick. The Tuesday class is now improvising, and dress rehearsal is in nine days.

The stage collision

Ballet II exits stage left exactly where Hip-Hop Juniors enter. You find this out at dress rehearsal, in front of forty parents with cameras.

The white-glove promise

We don't hand you a login and wish you luck. We set up your workspace, import your first routines with you, and train your faculty on a live call — so by the end of onboarding, every instructor has a number of their own already on the grid. If recital season is close, we work to your calendar, not ours.
